Zero-retention file policy

• Uploaded CSV and generated artifacts: temporary processing only, auto-deleted.
• Long-term file retention: none.
• Row-level customer data retention: none.

Temporary processing window

Your cleaned file is automatically downloaded when processing completes and immediately deleted from our servers. It cannot be re-downloaded. As a safety net, any remaining artifacts are removed by a periodic janitor sweep within 15 minutes.

Operational metrics retention

TidyImports may retain minimal anonymized operational metrics (for example funnel counts, issue counts, non-sensitive job summaries) for product improvement and reliability monitoring.

Billing/session retention

Billing/session tokens are short-lived and removed when expired. Card details are handled by Stripe.

Policy updates

If retention behavior changes materially, this policy will be updated before those changes are relied on.
