About TidyImports
TidyImports is a three-tool data preparation suite that helps you clean, map, and validate CSV files before they reach your CRM or data pipeline. Each tool works independently, or you can run them together as a full end-to-end workflow.
The three tools
- Sheet Cleaner — General-purpose spreadsheet cleanup. Removes duplicates, fixes headers, normalizes dates and phone numbers, and produces a row-by-row change report.
- CRM Mapper — Maps your cleaned data to CRM-specific fields. Supports HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Zoho. Exports an import-ready file for the target CRM.
- CSV Validator — Structural and schema validation. Define required fields, data types, and format rules. Get a readiness score and a list of issues to fix before importing.
AI disclosure
TidyImports is built and operated with the assistance of AI systems. AI-assisted components are used for selected processing and suggestion workflows within the product. Results should be reviewed before use on critical datasets.
Using AI assistance allows us to keep prices low and ship improvements quickly.
Privacy posture
Uploaded file contents are processed ephemerally and are not retained as long-term account history. No row-level CSV data is stored after processing. See our Privacy Policy and Retention Policy for full details.
